Anna Silk

Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is an Canadian actor most famously known for her part as Bo from the Showcase TV show Lost Girl. Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay is the director of drama and producer of drama and production at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. The father of Silk, Peter, was an academic. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall her first experiences as being at play rehearsals together with her mother. Silk was featured in a variety of commercials while she was a young child. The year 1997 was the time she earned a bachelor's degree at St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two plays during the beginning of her career: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk was a resident of Toronto in her quest to act and improve, before moving after that, she relocated to Los Angeles California. Silk met her husband, Seth Cooperman, at an actor's workshop held in Los Angeles in 2007. In 2009, the couple were wed in civil ceremonies in the month of December. Following her conversion to Judaism, they renewed their wedding vows at an Jewish ceremony on 10 April 2011 in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman's son was born in May 2013and had a son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Her son Levi Aaron was born on May 13 2016. Silk was also nominated in 2009 for the Gemini Awards in her role as Cassidy Holland. She was given the role as Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian television series Lost Girl in 2009. Silk was pregnant while filming the finale of the third series. Silk announced her pregnancy to fans during her Showcase Season Three pre-show special of the 6th of January, 2013. Silk is doing work on the show since the final season episode premiered on January 6, 2013 on Twitter, announced her readiness to return on June 4th, 2013 as Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production of fourth season. CNN, Cable News Network as well as E! have both named Bo (played by Silk) along with Lauren Palmer (Zoie) among their most favored TV couple. Entertainment Television.
